Hoping you are happy with your purchase. But, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund.

Charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. VIVELA MOKSHA don’t take responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your items via tracked postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by VIVELA MOKSHA.

 

Return condition

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached, and in the original packaging.

 

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your items, we will process your return. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email notification of when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed. 

Please note, original shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.
